We are based near the Norfolk/Suffolk border and cover Norwich, Wymondham, Loddon, Poringland, Diss, Great Yarmouth and all surrounding areas. We also cover parts of North Suffolk including Lowestoft, Bungay and Beccles. If you are outside these areas, just get in touch and let us know your location for an accurate quote.

Yes, fully. We carry a specialist detailing insurance policy that covers everything from a basic wash right through to machine polishing and engine bay cleaning, regardless of vehicle value. We also have full public liability cover in place. Policy documents are available on request.

Three things mainly. Your location, the make and model of the car, and a rough idea of the condition. From that we can usually give you a fairly accurate quote and recommend the right package. If you can include a couple of photos that is even more helpful, particularly for paint condition. 

Yes. Ceramic coatings are included as standard in three of our packages: the Protection Detail, the New Car Protection Detail and the Enhancement Detail. The standard coating provides 3 years of protection on a daily driven vehicle. An upgrade to up to 5 years is available, which adds a professional hydrophobic top coat layer applied over the base ceramic in the same session. For more on coatings, see our Ceramic Coatings page.

Yes. The most important factor is choosing the right conditions rather than worrying about being indoors or outdoors. As long as the day is dry and the temperature is reasonable, the coating will cure correctly and perform exactly as it should. We always check the forecast before confirming coating bookings and will move a date if the weather is not going to play ball.

A wax sits on top of the paint and typically lasts a few weeks to a couple of months before it needs reapplying. You can get genuinely good results with a quality wax, particularly on a car that is regularly maintained. A ceramic coating bonds chemically to the paint and lasts years rather than weeks, giving more durable protection that is easier to keep up over time. For a car you plan to keep for several years, a ceramic is usually better value in the long run.

Yes. Our Maintenance Scheme is a popular regular service for customers who have previously had a deep clean or larger detail with us. We recommend booking no longer than every six weeks to maintain the best possible results and preserve any existing protection.

It depends on the depth of the scratch. Surface swirl marks and light scratches can typically be significantly reduced or eliminated with a machine polish. Deeper scratches that have gone through the clear coat are harder to remove fully but can usually be noticeably improved. We are happy to take a look and give you an honest assessment.

If its something we can't offer i.e window tinting, wrapping, paintless dent removal, bodywork repairs etc feel free to get in touch. Having been in the trade for many years we'd be more than happy to recommend somewhere from experience.

We completely understand that things come up. Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel and we will sort out a new date without any issues. Last minute cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a small fee, but we always try to be reasonable.
